For some in 2015 it is really hard to be optimistic, life has given them hard knocks and they may be still recovering from the blow. But If you’re a person who always has a rosy outlook and sees the glass as half-full rather than half-empty, your positive attitude may have even more benefits than you think. A growing number of scientific studies indicate that optimistic people tend to live longer and have better physical and mental health than pessimistic people.
Other research has found that optimism can positively affect both mental and physical health. It is not always easy to see the positive in life but knowing that we can take some steps to improving our overall health, and to be in control of our own well being.
